Because of high demand for these custom homes, developers generally include lavish upgrades that increase the homes' value and therefore the cost to replace them. At Coral Insurance Company our experienced retail agents are familiar with your needs and concerns. They will advise you on adequate coverage limits and deductibles. Coral offers comprehensive coverage for high-value homes. The policy insures your home against full perils - fire, water-damage, and wind storm (hurricane). |

Golden Oldies Program
Many of these "Golden Oldies" homes are in exclusive neighborhoods, well maintained and retrofitted with up-to-code plumbing, electricity, and central-air. They have withstood the hurricanes of the past 60 years, including Andrew. Coverage A values therefore generally fall within Coral Insurance's filed rates ($200 - 600K).
Agents are invited to submit these homes to Coral Insurance underwriting on a case-by-case basis, with the understanding that Coral Insurance requires an inspection to confirm that they meet our underwriting criteria. |
